Application & Operation

The wheel chock has an ultrasonic sensor to detect the presence and position of the vehicle and is connected to the dock leveller control panel.

2 Sensors
3 Fixed junction box
4 Plug connection
5 Control unit dock leveller

Start docking
Only once the chock has been securely positioned against the vehicle tyre, the control unit is released to be operated manually.
Optional double lens traffic lights will turn green when the chock is in position and the leveller is in operating mode to allow the loading process to begin.

Finish docking
When the chock is removed and the platform if not underload, the leveller will automatically return to cross-traffic position.
This function requires a control unit with automatic return to cross traffic position.
When the chock is removed and the platform is under load, the emergency stop is activated and the control will remain locked until safety procedures have been completed.

- It can be used for all types of vehicles
- It is easily installed at any time with no previous preparation needed
