Many thanks for arranging Rick to come to site as soon as he did to sort out the Sliding Gate interface with the exit loop.

Rick was kind enough to stick with the issue on Friday and go out of his way to get the Gate operational. He managed to work out what was needed, get the items to make it work and stay back ( with a little pleading from myself) and complete the job.

Cochlear and Watpac appreciate the effort in getting the gate to function as needed.

Hi Dorothy,

First of all I would like to say a huge thank you to your team and yourself.

As you know our company contacted you not so long ago regarding a quote to have two removable security bollards installed into our warehouse.

In no time at all I had a phone call from a sales rep to make an appointment to come out to our site to quote the job.
I still cant get over how quick everything took place after that appointment.

Every person I spoke to in your company was more than helpful and a delight to deal with.

The reason why this really stood out was that we are trained to deal with clients the same way which makes it even more noticeable when you receive poor service.( which is quite often )

I was thoroughly satisfied with my dealings with Leda. I was looked after from my first dealing with Leda's office which then continued on with the estimating staff who made any requested changes immediately and professionally. When installation came around I was impressed with Leda’s installer (Richard) who complied with all site rules without hesitation and I appreciated the courtesy call to let me know when he arrived\left site. Leda ensured that all mess that was made on site was cleaned thoroughly and that the boom gate operated as designed. I was also pleased to see that the installer(Richard) had already arranged to replace the boom gate arm that arrived inadvertently damaged on site prior to noticing and mentioning it myself.

I will gladly used and recommend Leda on future projects.
