Dear Mr Mathews,

The Department of the Attorney- General, Department of Prime Minister and Cabinet, Office of the Official Secretary of the Governor- General and the Australian Federal Police wish to formally thank the team at Leda Vannaclip for their high level of service and professionalism in carrying out security works at Kirribilli and Admiralty Houses (official residences of the Prime Minister and the Governer- General).

In particular, we would like to thank Mr Heng Cheng (project manager – Leda Vannaclip) and Mr Craig Baxter (Manager – Baxter Civil Works) for their efforts in bringing the works to successful completion under somewhat difficult circumstances. Mr Cheng, Mr Baxter and their team worked diligently in challenging conditions to reach practical completion.

All within a very tight timeframe, and with minimal variation or disruption.

Again, many thanks and we look forward to working again with Leda Vannaclip and their team as a valued contractor of the Australian Government.
