Leda was audited by our client Caltex Marketing under AS in August 2010. The audit revealed a great many improvements that needed to be implemented by Leda. Over the next 3 months an exhaustive upgrade was undertaken to improve OHS and environmental considerations at our company. Significant improvements included implementing a risk management process for the company as a hole, creating a company wide training register, introducing an improved risk assessment form and process, updating our risk assessment matrix, posting our OHS statistics for all staff to access, updating our staff induction and OHS documentation for clients, incorporating our sub contractors for the first time and much more. The outcome is a transparent process by which aim to reduce incidents to zero. It is also hoped that the processes introduced are simply good business practice and will improve our service to clients.
