More and more Government utilities are opting to install hostile vehicle mitigation bollards with high impact ratings to provide perimeter protection against Hostile Vehicle Attack (HVA) and those wishing to use a Vehicle as a Weapon (VAAW).
In this instance LEDA’s Victorian team installed a combination of deep mount fixed bollards at the rear of the building and SP400 shallow mount bollards to protect the entrance/reception areas.
Shallow mount technology allows the installation of impact rated security bollards in footings just 200mm deep and cater for a wide variety of applications and bollard types.
